Booking Procedure and Fees
Applications for 2026 have now closed. Program offers have been sent to all schools and the calendar is close to being finalised.

For future reference, our booking process follows these steps:
Step 1
All applications for bookings must be made submitted by clicking the link below. Bookings for 2026 will close COB 5th September 2025.

Step 2
Successful applicants are notified in writing with an offer of program dates. Program planning forms are also forwarded at this time. Your school will be invoiced for $500.00 non-refundable deposit confirmed booking. The deposit will be deducted from student accommodation on your program invoice. Please ensure you have Principal and BM approval.
Step 3
If the date/s offered are suitable, return program planning forms ASAP to secure your booking. Waiting list is also available for applications.
Step 4
Early in the following school year, Konomie Island EEC teachers will contact you with a draft of your program based on information provided. Please direct all program related questions to your program co-ordinator, other questions can be sent to admin@konomieislandeec.eq.edu.au
