Booking information

The North Keppel Island Environmental Education Centre is accepting bookings applications for 2022. Round 1 applications close on 16 October 2021. 

Step 1

All applications for bookings must be made in writing either by submitting the booking form  by email to admin@northkeppelislandeec.eq.edu.au or faxing to (07) 4939 2522.

Step 2

Successful applicants are notified in writing with an offer of camp dates.  Program planning forms are also forwarded at this time. Your school will be invoiced for $300.00 non-refundable deposit in January 2022. The deposit will be deducted from student accommodation on your camp invoice.

Step 3

If the date/s offered are suitable, return program planning forms by 20 November 2021 to secure your booking.

Step 4

Early in the following school year, North Keppel Island EEC teachers will contact you with a draft of your program based on information provided on your program planning form and the orientation weekend planning workshop.

Step 5

The teacher Orientation day is Saturday early in ​2022​. You will be contacted 4 weeks prior to this date to confirm your attendance along with itinerary, costs and what to bring etc. Refer to the booking application for more Orientation detail.

Step 6

Your school will be invoiced after your visit/camp.

Step 7

Send your confirmation form and emergency roll to Tanya Champion ( admin officer) 1 week before your camp.
