All Curriculum Activity Risk assessments (CARAs) are collaboratively reviewed annually with the instructional team from KIEEC, referencing industy standard guides, relevant Codes of Practice and Departmental guidance.
CARAs for 2026 have been reviewed and will be available once finalised in the adjacent document library. For additional CARA/risk assessment requirements, please contact your camp coordinator.
All visitors are governed by the Qld Dept of Education student protection procedures (PDF, 177KB).
The centre has a first
aid room in the administration building with a Royal Flying Doctor kit. All staff are trained in first aid, which is updated every year.
