The centre staff are trained to manage all risks. The centre is staffed 24/7.
All visitors are governed by the Qld Dept of Education student protection procedures (PDF, 177KB).
The centre has a first
aid room in the administration building with a royal flying doctor kit. All staff are trained in first aid, which is updated every year.
